We placed our engineer and technician to give technical service to support day-to-day operation, conduct water analysis, close monitoring, check chemicals consumption & inventory, and report.
The following is value-added service as our technical services :
1. Routine performance monitoring and give technical support
2. Routine monitoring will be conducted by technician/technical specialist/Engineer who has experience several years in water treatment
3. Provide Corrosion by-pass rack and monitor corrosion rate if necessary
4. Inventory control at site to avoid product stock out
5. Supply the product 0n-time delivery
6. Low inventory at plant site
7. Technical visit and inspection during plant shut down
8. Provide PPE for our personnel as our commitment on safety concern
9. Product quality control system: Certification, conduct analysis by other (neutral) laboratory, good packaging, Product data, Material safety data sheet (MSDS)
10. Monthly and annual report
